Lifetime Replacement Warranty Policy

This policy outlines the conditions, limitations, and procedures for product replacement, ensuring a hassle-free after-sales experience.

IMPORTANT:

The Lifetime Replacement Warranty applies only to the AIVA A1 Battery mod.

1. Replacement Eligibility

During lifetime replacement warranty period, structural failures of core components of AIVA A1 battery mod, such as the battery rod, control circuit board, and charging port, occurring under normal use and not due to user negligence, are eligible for replacement.

2. Replacement Disclaimer

2.1. Authenticity Verification:

The product must be purchased through official authorized channels, and you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. original sales receipt, invoice, order confirmation email, or bank/credit card statement showing the transaction details.)

2.2 Fault Confirmation:

Replacement services are only available for defects inherent to the product. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, modification, water damage, or drops is not covered.

2.3. Warranty Period:

This is a “lifetime” warranty. From the date of purchase, if the product, AIVA A1 battery mod, becomes unusable due to structural defects not caused by the user, you can request a replacement from MEMERS Vape. However, due to technological advancements and product updates, some components may no longer be available. In such cases, we will offer a replacement of equal or higher performance.

Exclusions:

1. Damage to non-durable accessories and consumables such as chargers, data cables, packaging, and manuals.

2. Damage or costs incurred from unauthorized disassembly, replacement, repair, or servicing.

3. Damage from unforeseeable natural disasters, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external forces beyond our control.

4. Damage from moisture, including liquids like water, rain, extreme humidity, heavy sweat, carbonated drinks, or similar environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures, altitude changes, food, dirt, sand, or other substances.

5. Damage from using non-MEMERS Vape recommended or approved products with our devices causing incompatibility.

6. Wear and tear resulting in cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or broken metal or plastic parts.

7. Claims for devices not purchased from authorized retailers or non-genuine products.

8. Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser or without proof of purchase.

9. Products claimed outside the original country of purchase.

10. Claims for products without defects.

11. Claims lacking sufficient supporting evidence and proof.

Please note, this document does not cover all possible scenarios, so additional restrictions and exclusions may apply based on specific details.

1. This policy covers product replacement only, not refunds.

2. We will provide the same product if available. If out of stock, you may choose another MEMERS Vape product of equivalent value.

Following customer service guidance, you may need to send the product to the designated service center or provide detailed fault videos/photos for remote assessment.

3.3 Repair or Replacement:

If a replacement is confirmed, we will provide it free of charge. The replacement process typically takes 5-12 business days. However, unforeseen supply chain disruptions or other uncontrollable factors may extend processing times. If the product cannot be repaired or parts are discontinued, we will negotiate a replacement with a similar product.

3.4 Shipping and Feedback:

MEMERS Vape and authorized partners may request your name, address, and phone number for shipping arrangements. We will minimize data transfer and keep your information confidential. Please check the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

4. Special Notes

Shipping Costs:

During the warranty period, shipping costs for repairs due to quality issues are covered by MEMERS Vape.
